A dedicated coach at heart, Todd Morris of RETSY in Scottsdale leads with confidence, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to seeing his clients succeed. His specialties range from resales and new development to investment opportunities, vacation rentals and fix and flip properties. Todd’s areas of expertise include Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert.

Prior to launching his real estate career, Todd attained a degree in business and finance from Humboldt State University, where he also played college baseball. After graduating, he worked extensively in construction and gained an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market as an investor. A lifelong sports fan and natural team leader, Todd has also consistently coached high school athletics—both baseball and basketball.

“My experience in construction and real estate investing has given me a comparative advantage in getting the most value out of each transaction,” says Todd. “My ability to understand certain characteristics about a property and the value it provides can help guide clients towards a successful investment—and away from a potentially problematic decision.”

Todd continuously teams up with fellow real estate agents (and friends) Nick and Annie Toon, who are also members of RETSY in Scottsdale.

In his free time, Todd enjoys sponsoring and playing for a local co-ed softball team, hiking Arizona’s scenic trails, riding his Can-Am offroad side by side, golfing, camping and spending time outside with his wife Nisha, newborn Jeter, and their two miniature schnauzers. Todd is also a devoted car enthusiast and enjoys drag racing and kart racing. Todd has also contributed to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital for over a decade.
